On Tuesday 9th February, the Earl of Listowel hosted a parliamentary seminar at the House of Lords on behalf of NCB and the Michael Sieff Foundation, of which he is a trustee. Early Childhood Education & Care: Making Investment Count brought together policymakers, academics, journalists, representatives of parenting organisations and practitioners to debate the key issues around early years investment, and the costs and benefits of good quality early years provision under the Early Years Foundation Stage quality framework.
